Hello, and welcome to The Birch Hen Gifts.

Thank you for stopping by, I'm Sarah, I am based near Innerleithen in the heart of The Scottish Borders, where I live with my husband, two young boys, our cats (Freddie who is the retired mouser in chief and Luna his understudy), dogs (Floki and Odin) and our hens (Peggy, Ripley Buffy and Jessie) who are living their best retirement life.

I gain inspiration from the fabulous Scottish countryside, our wee house and workshop nestled in the glen and the mischievous nature of our boys – these things are all brilliant for igniting that creative spark.
